What items do you accept for donation?
Our most wanted items include clothing, vintage jewelry, small furniture, household items & decor, and books. View the entire list of items we accept.
Are there any items you cannot accept for donation?
We do not generally accept large items, such as large pieces of furniture or major appliances. View the entire list of items we cannot accept.
Do you pick up donations?
Because we do not accept donations of large furniture or appliances, we do not have a truck to pick up donations. Learn more about how to drop off donations.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes, your donation is tax deductible.
What are the benefits of thrift shopping?
Thrift shopping has many benefits. You save money, help the environment, avoid the waste of “fast fashion,” and get to find unique items to wear and decorate your home. And it’s fun!
When you shop at Extraordinary Thrift Store, you also support our mission to create meaningful employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as autism.
Should I wash clothing before wearing it?
It is always a good idea to wash clothing before wearing it for the first time.
What is your return / exchange policy?
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
What do you do with clothing that cannot be sold?
Items that cannot be sold are responsibly recycled.
Can my group volunteer at Extraordinary Thrift Store?
The Extraordinary Thrift Store welcomes volunteers! Special arrangements can be made for large groups to come volunteer together. Learn more about volunteering.

Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM
Donation drop offs end at 5 PM
